How long does it take to process my order?

What if my order is lost? 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they leave our warehouse. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do? 

If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@mind-less.com with photos of the defect. Please include your order number so that we can address your concerns.

Can I cancel my order?

Our warehouse begins working on your order shortly after your purchase, therefore you have 24 hours to request a cancellation once your order has been placed. Please contact us at customercare@mind-less.com to cancel your order.

How do I know what size is right for me?

Our sizes range from XS-XXL. Please note that while all items have a loose and relaxed fit, they are true to size. Please refer to our sizing chart.

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

We are only available at www.mind-less.com for the time being. Please follow us on our social platforms for consistent updates.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Each Mind Less capsule collection is distinctive. While we appreciate your interest in our styles, we won’t be restocking any sold-out items at this time.
